Pros

Flat, oblong pill very easy to *; no after-taste. I have lupus, and my vitamin d levels fluctuate, so these are a great option for me. This b12 was highly recommended by my doctor to support my body against inflammation and alzheimer disease.

Cons

The label on the bottle says it's folic acid 800 mcg. My conclusion after taking this for 3 days is that the product could perhaps be fake.
