I love love these i have tried other so call name brands cost much more than these and these are doing an much better job especially my nails my girl says to me wow your nails are really strong and i said to myself yes they are working i have been taking them for about 2 months now and i always buy bogo free my hair dresser notice my hair as well so did i so i will not be going back to those costly brand you ask me you are only paying for the name brand not the product i check the ingredients and they were the same
