Pros

Re-wiring the fixtures is a piece of cake. While the fluorescents were rated at 6500k, these 5000k led lights are much brighter. No shadows, no dark corners, like a bright sunny day with no clouds.

Amazing customer service. Saved me $500 a month in electrical bills at my office.

Shipped and received in 6 days. Conversion is cheaper than buying led shop light fixtures. Bulb is replaceable where many of the budget led fixtures have fixed bulbs. Only one bulb got damaged during shipping.

These will be mounted in semi-permanent locations, so should not be subject to breakage.

Cons

That was probably caused during shipping where the box got crushed

They were well packaged had to be rough handling by the shipping company

Then lamp are glass not cheap plastic so its amazing that only one got damaged during shipping

Brighter than the 32w daylight florescent bulbs

For years i was running 5000k fluorescent bulbs with high performance ballasts to have daylight in my shop with no warm up period

Too bad you need to order the t8 5000k direct wire in cases of 30

The other end is your 120vac connection
