Pros

Lights are muy buena and easy to install. Even with the lights i purchased 3 years ago are still the same brightness as when i first got them. They are compatible with an alexa dimmer switch.

Only issues is with the clips that hold the device in the sheetrock. Completely satisfied with their customer service response to my issue. Good value for the money.

The 3000 is perfect for the kitchen. Easy to install & provides great, unobtrusive lighting. Took me 2 trips to the attic, one to take out the box.

Cons

They flicker, you get what you pay for. Why are all my lights flickering at intervals. If your are running 12/2 romex wire, this light is likely not for you unless you like raw fingertips.
