Pros

The pad heats well. The control knob is fine--for the price, excellent. They are absolutely heavenly for the bliss of getting into a pre-warmed bed.

The material is thick enough and cushy enough that i don't feel the wires at all. The only downfall is the unit where the cord connects.

Cons

Alan informs me the new mattress topper is broken. There was no manual timer, only 10 hours or nothing. The so called 5 year warranty is useless because sunbeam cant find a replacement in king size and will not refund money.
