I definitely recommend to preheat the bed so that when you get in, the whole bed is nice and toasty. The blankets heats very well and the 4 zones are nice to have. This is by far the best heated blanket i have ever owned.

It's much better now bcs it hangs over the sides more. I barely heat my upper section and mildly heat from the knees down and it has made a big difference. My only complaint is that it could be a bit larger.

The soft navy blue velour is soft as a kitten. The zoned heat is amazing! It’s also a nice size for sharing during cuddles!

The search continues for a blanket that actually works. It's so discouraging because i really need it to work. Had it for a month and returned it just in time.

Forget about the preheat, it does nothing. Every now & then the feet seem to warm slightly but it’s random. About the only thing that works is the foot warmer.

It's a sort of vague warmth that will hold you through the night, but nothing to warm you up when you crawl into bed on a cold evening. The softness has a downside and that is the blanket won't stay on the bed.
