However immediately the customer service agent a very dedicated angelica replied told me that shed replace the gloves with no action required on my part other than providing a mailing address

Surprised i wrote back and simply said that i was just sharing my concern and i did not feel that the gloves were in such a damaged state that a replacement was genuinely warranted
