Ours had a seam give way when inflating it one of the times and they offered a full replacement as it was still within the warranty timeframe

I would have given 5 stars but the pump included to blow up the float was too small for such a big float and started smoking before we finished blowing up the float for the first time

But after the first inflate it started to develop a small leak on the neck on the front seam see pictures which we attempted to repair with the included patching kit
