Other than that the product works like a charm and can be easily height adjusted with the turn of a dial

The reason you have to do this is because the thatch doesnt go all the way to the back of the bag and if it gets heavy in the front it detaches from the machine

However it was a real pain to reattach the collection bag each time i took it out to empty it
