I already had the battery and charger with me from other sun joe tools so it does not come with a surprise to me which is where a lot of low ratings are from

Turn it on set the pressure you want and it runs until it gets to that point and shuts off

When it is running the gauge measures the pump pressure but when it stops it measures the static pressure in the tire which is usually slightly lower

I have several other sun joe tools and already had the batteries so just bought the tool only

It could use a longer hose and the handle got a little warm not hot might be a problem if it was going to run longer for high pressure tires etc
