Pros
Andrea nguyen recommended this curry in her book, vietnamese food every day. It is pricey but well worth it. Jsut wish it had been better packed. This perks it right up.
We use this prodigiously in several dishes, and it's always great. I just make sure i put the curry powder in before i salt my dish so it doesn't end up too salty.
Cons
However, this stuff is unbelievably salty.
The lid is annoyingly difficult to open. It's a matter of time before the entire lid pops off.
