I was very pleased that it came in a good package was not cracked or broken like some other people had happen sorry to hear that and i removed the old broken cover cleaned the phone with the enclosed screen wipe used the enclosed sticky thing to go over the screen and remove any dust then dried the screen with the enclosed dry wipe
