I searched for a while and couldn't find one. Searched again for the heck of it a few days ago though and found this one. Zero issues, works just like the original except now i have a working headphone jack again :) its feels well made and not cheap.
Cons
The headphone jack is loose and buzzes. Volume control knob is not fitted well. Bass is controllable, which is the reason i tried it.

I love the sound quality and never had any need to upgrade
Seems the production quality has improved as my unit was flawless and the knobs not misaligned
Original z2300 knob finally kicked the bucket after 9 years
Buzzing alot and losing signal at times

Great price to replace the broken original
Thats why i got 4yr warranty for few dollars 3
00 and paired it with 2 in wall speakers i grabbed from amazon
For 20 this fixed it for me

I trust amazon so when i discovered it could be purchased on amazon with 4yr warranty lt 4 i ordered it immediately

First one that i received didnt work but summitlink quickly shipped a new one and been using that one now for 45 years now 20142019

The last box i got had a problem with the connector
Also i like the look of this generic controller more than the one the speakers actually came with
Competitiveness
The system is older but better than most and not cheap so it was worth the purchase
I did find that the sound quality wasnt quite as good as the stock pad but its better than nothing

Connected this control pod to the subwoofer and then the audio out lr port on the audioengine a2 speakers i have to the audio input on the pod aannnd

Im not an audiophile and am not going to get in to how the crossover of the sub is around 150hz while the speakers reproduce down to 100hz or so and its not fully optimal

Theres now 4 different volume controls to optimize for but thats not the fault of this control pod in the slightest

One day the right speaker goes out and i find myself individually checking all the connections to include manipulating the 3
