They have one small issue in that the mirror is coated plastic which deteriorates badly in the winter months from contact with road salt

I coat the mirror with wax regularly but this doesnt stop the salt for long

The screw that closes the integral clamp that fixes the unit to the wing mirror is of suspect quality as 1 the screwdriver slot shreds with little pressure thereby limiting the units grip onto the wing mirrow some have fallen off and 2 corrodesrusts up and siezes preventing slackening the screw to replace the unit
