Pros

Hose threads and and plumbing (outdoor spigot) threads are incompatible even with same dimensions, and this coupling absolutely fixed the problem. The adaptor is solid brass for a lifetime of service.

These are very well-made, solid, cast and machined brass. Good product. Good machining. Very satisfied with this product.

Cons

The 3/4 inch npt male end is not a tapered thread as specified for npt threads. I like the product but it is not the product that is advertised and i cannot use it.
