Pros

I like the flavor sukrin gold offers better than any other sugar alternative i've tried (stevia, splenda, swerve, monk fruit). The flavor is good and probably half as sweet as sugar.

Sukrin has the look and texture of brown sugar and the taste, if not identical to sugar, is close enough not to matter. Measures teaspoon for teaspoon with regular brown sugar. You just have to gage the level of sweetness you want.
