But im glad i did the trick is to roll the mat the opposite direction a few times just keep working it and it will eventually lay straight enough theres still a bit of a curl but nothing obtrusive like what some of the reviews were saying

The cushioning is just right and provides a sturdy platform for both knees so they dont roll around as if on ice
