The ryoba has two different teeth sizes on each side of the saw. This is a saw for patient people who want precise cuts. Getting to get perfect cuts takes practice - perfect cut is when you start on opposite sides and they mee perfectly.

The wrap on the handle appears to be plastic strands covered in sealer. The blade bends and bends and bending and snaps off the handle. The handle looks like hard plastic and it's hard to hold onto without slipping.

Do not be fooled by these pumped up ratings. I am not even slightly convinced that japan would risk their honor of thousands of years of mastery over the fine art of hand tool making on this cheap, tin foil, punched-out garbage of a saw.
