If you are looking for a bra combo i wouldn’t recommend this shirt for that it doesn’t offer a lot of support

Some reviewers talk about them being low cut and they are but i wear them layered under other clothing so they wont be revealing if you choose for them not to be

I was a size m pre pregnancy and size l post pregnancy but size m fits best if you wish to wear it on a bra please go one size up

Put a t shirt or a buttoned shirt on it and you are good to go

As others have mentioned though there is zero builtin support so recommend a nursing bra or one of the other suiek styles if you want to venture out
