Pros
This stuff is magical, but it comes at a cost. This is a 15ml bottle but it has lasted a while because i only administer one spray in the morning, and one in the evening. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I suffer from chronic catarrh and this is really good stuff. I use it to constrict the blood vessels while i sleep. If i have even the slightest of mucus gather, it wakes me up.
Cons
This rubbish is the epitome of a medicine that causes symptoms. Similar reaction when exposing to pollen. Please consult a doctor.

Read the insert as slightly concerning can only be used 3 times a day and only for 7 days due to it shrinking a blood vessel

Little tip insert quite highup into the nostril squirt sniff deeply whilst holding other nostril closed
