Pros
Highly recommend the product and can confirm the longevity after putting it through 5 northeast winters.
The telescoping handle is a must to reach the top while being able to retract and store in the trunk. This thing is a life saver.
Cons
It scratches the paint (deep scratch) when you use the broom to clean snow in 90 degree edge. Do not purchase, a waste of money. Scratches are down to the metal, not the foam.

The only thing i would recommend is to slide the squeegee off apply some gorilla glue and slide the squeegee back on

I also glued the threads where the pole connects to the brush because sometimes the head would come loose and turn

Still ill use a hand scraper not the scraper at the other end of the handle to make a final pass at my windshield
