Very satisfied with service and product. Delivered as promised, excellent.

Replaced this on a montana bigsky and was a direct replacement. East to install but don't forget to order 1/2 inch pipe fittings. It's somewhat heavy and awkward so having someone to assist with lifting off the old and placing the new would be handy. ... Read More

Works perfectly. Works great and keeps water nice and hot.

Bought a gas and a/c model to save $ on propane. Helps that it was a good 300 bucks cheaper than at the rv store. With suburban, the opening required is the same size for 6 through 13 gallons.

Cons

Several burnt components as well as burnt board. This one was replaced under warranty in august of 2015 due to a leak.

Be very careful ordering from amazon. Suburban manufacturing build these items very cheaply. Airxcell has no direct line to customer support.
