Pros
This topper is thick and sturdy. Worth every penny. This one is a winner!
It's a champ for covering the crack. I'm a side sleeper, and my back pain has eased since using this topper. My hips is one of the pressure areas that was causing me trouble but since this purchase arrived i have felt cradled.
Fits queen size properly. Took about a day to fluff up and smooth out. Give it 24-48 hours and the creases and folds will go away no problem. I definitely recommend putting the fitted sheet on prior to full expansion.
Cons
It is thin and flimsy. Instantly becomes 3inch to 0. This is for plush loving people only imo.
After only 7 months is it lumpy and sags way down when i am on the mattress topper. It does not cool (bummer), it sags after only a few nights, (3rd bummer) and it is just too big to return.
Low marks for durability. It just collapses. It bunches up often so i have to readjust it. I let it flatten out on spare bed after a few weeks.
