So i took a gamble and ordered this one from weikier as the price was right and i liked that it came with a glove to help eliminate unwanted smudges from hand contact on the screenthere were no surprises when the pen arrived and to get it ready for use i first charged it using the supplied micro usb cable

Note the directions say dont use a fast charger as anything over 2

Now charged just press the power button on side to turn on and the indicator now turns blue
