It fits easily without velcro stabbing me in the head. I like the adjustable strap because it makes a lot more of a (positive) difference than i thought it would.

These are very comfortable and really darken my eyes. The padding is thick enough to be effective. The material is silky and soothing, so it doesn't catch my eyelashes like my last mask did.

The 1 inch wide headband is way too wide for me. For the eye mask to work and completely block out light the headband has to overlap my ears which is very uncomfortable. The mask has a thick foam piece around the eye pockets which makes the mask hot.
