Pros
Stye eye warming compresses work so well & stay warm a long while. These warming compresses are the softest and most comforting that i have found. Works much better than a hot washcloth and stays warm for at least 10 minutes.
This little invention is so simple yet so helpful. Gave this little compress a shot, followed instructions, and did a 10-15 minute routine before bed.
Cons
If you're looking for a heat compress, you’re better off getting one that’s lavender. The eyepatch style one is more reliable and doesn’t smell like hot plastic. It's also non returnable so even though it was defective you can't return it!
Used this product literally once. Little blue dots everywhere. Quite frustrating. This thing while easier than a cloth is just junk.

Not really the cream did anything to help but i used both items mostly warm compressions with the warm pack and it helped

I just got this for a bad stye and after using it twice for 10 minutes each time and going to bed it seemed to be vastly improved in the morning there was a lot of crust around the stye and the swelling had gone down

I didn’t use the felt pocket that came with it instead i used a paper napkin as the cover so i can discard it after every use
