Pros

My dog is most comfortable with this carrier and she's tried others including the expandable ones. Yes, the xl version fits just fine under economy class seats. This one fit the dimensions and had extra head room and pockets.

Cons

Pet carrier with dirty paw prints on it is unacceptable. Carrier advertised as new.

I will say our flight was delayed an hour past 1am so maybe everyone’s guard was a bit down
