Pros
Easy to assemble, sturdy, with multiple openings and air vents. Easy to clean. Good ventilation. Perfect for venting.
Carrying a 20-lbs+ * can get heavy after a while. I have a 5lb prapso and a 7lb shih-tzu and they both have enough turn around space in the large. My 14 pound westie fits great in this carrier. O is a mutt mixed daushand/lab/something.
Delta lists an under seat height clearance of 8. I always ask when booking about the underseat area and this carrier size meets the dimensions they give me.

The bag has heavy duty mesh all over and is breathable. I really like the bendy rods. The zipper is very sturdy.
Cons
The inside strap was completely chewed up. To pay 130 dollars for a pet carrier that is advertised as new is unacceptable.

This is a well made product however it arrived with some type of dried offwhite debris splattered on the middle side of the bag

It showed up real well with the burgundy color backdrop so i’m surprised this was missed by the seller

Also for our use i found it to be quite complex to open and close all of the compartments including the breathable mesh which required unrolling of the window covers
