Tips for putting it together first slide the poles into the softbox corners then connect them to the bowens ring in the middle

The only help i can provide is to put the rods in the softbox slots first then into the speed ring

I have never met a softbox that is easy to put together nor have i ever met one that comes with instructions

Ive been using this for 2 weeks and i can confidently say this is the best deal on amazon for a softbox

I paid a small fortune for a name brand softbox this size

You might need to purchase a speedring to work with your particular lights if these bowen mounts dont work for you
