Stryve billtong is drier, less fatty, and less greasy than traditional beef jerky. The peri-peri flavor is the best - followed by original.

Biltong has a different texture than beef jerky. It is thinly sliced and easier to eat. Kalahari is my preferred brand of biltong.

Biltong is supposed to be sliced wafer thin across the grain. This product is more like jerky than anything i ever ate in south africa. Does not have the texture or chewiness of jerky.

This is inedible. Please replace it or issue a refund. Apparently this item is not returnable.

Get rid of the sweet taste/nutmeg/garlic etc. Find a better cut of meat, dry less intensely, and stick to pepper, salt and coriander. I have zero idea where all of these good reviews are coming from.
