These are a must have for planters fasciitis. Helps with the pain due to tears in my planter fascia a great deal.

First day wear for an hour,second day 2 then start extending wear time to 4,6,8 hours. The only question i have right now is durability. These fit roughly he same as their cheaper counterparts but last longer.
