Wingits fasteners make installing wingits grab bars easy (if you use there apache200 drill bit) to tile or 5/8 drywall. They hold my glacier bay grab bars just as well as screws in studs do. The fasteners come with a self sticking pattern (permanent a...  Read More

The heading reads wingits rc-resgbw35-2 refined engineered safety grab bar fasteners set of 2.

Reviewer is very satisfied with the quality of the product. Good shipping service is also a plus. Highly recommend this product.

Cons

Video says to compress the wings and put it in the hole. The wall is dry-wall (1/2 gypsum board) covered by wallpaper. Plastic sleeve that the wing part fits into is too flimsy.

The instructions for this product are terrible. They're finicky and annoying. Don't bother ordering this with the bar.

Ive mounted everything from 200 pound chandeliers to tvs but its only recently that ive installed grab bars for my favorite person in the whole world so i take safety very seriously

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The first bar i did was 4834 and i made sure that it would be under the window and be on the stud and i put 3 3inch screws right into the structure and that thing wont go anywhere

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

For the vertical bar however i didnt believe there would be a stud because the place where i knew for sure there would be one was about 5 inches away so i didnt think theyd put another one in

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I was going to go with the wingit but just in case i drilled a smaller hole through the tile and sure enough it was empty

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I was really glad that i didnt drill a 3434 hole in the tile for nothing

I ended up using the toggler on the other side
