Pros
Stair quality is very good. The no-skid stair treads work great.
The step works very well. It replaces the two step unit that came with the tub that made access very difficult for young children and senior citizens. The steps are very strong and makes getting in and out of our rv much easier.
Very sturdy, handrail a real plus. It seems sturdy and strong. Needs and end railing. they get hot.
The company is the most responsive and accommodating customer service ever. Also the seller is exceptional to work with.
Cons
Second step down is not secured at all. Looks like it was a return by the way it was packaged. Had already thrown the package in the burn pile so not able to return.

Packaging had significant damage but other than a few scratches and scrapes in the paint the product was in good condition

There should be a pull up here sticker on both side frames because it is impossible to open by pulling only the labled side
