It arrived quickly and well packed just needed to be tuned a bit because the strings are new and the guitar travelled in inconsistent environment as one would expect

There was just one issue with one of those tuning pegs machine head not working but after contacting the rock star academy the manufacturer they have quickly sent a replacement even with some extra plectrums

You get what you pay for and you will not find a better acoustic guitar for the price

Strap is useless and you risk dropping the guitar if you rely on it as the cord severed the end part of the strap

Fantastic guitar package reasonably well but unfortunately not well enough and because of poor transort the box was damaged and the guitar has a large chip on it 😡 this doesn’t effect the performance of the guitar but is so annoying

Obviously not a super highend piece of kit so the finish is a bit scrappy in places and the stuff that comes with it is pretty rubbish the tuner doesn’t work at all so get a decent one and the strap and bag look and feel cheap
