It would be nice if it was stretchy enough to go over the music stand but it will stretch enough to remain in front of it and still go over the ends so thats okay

We have a 88 key roland fp30 keyboard with the stand this fit well and has plenty of give to hold onto the stand as well we do have to remove the music book holder rack as the stretch wasnt quite enough to cover that and stay attached if it were on an x stand i bet it would but the stand its on has flat flush sides to the keyboard so theres nothing for the elastic to snap up under to hold in place if the music book holder is left on
