Let me start by saying that its better than buying dumbells as you can work your upper body and lower body at the same time
I don’t know what the experience would be buying thus vest holding more than 40lbs though

Its not completely snug besides the fact id say its not recommended to even try to run with this

So far the seams are pretty solid the 6 pound pouches are easy to remove and when in place they do not shift around

I was very displeased with it as it rubbed and didnt ever get tight enough
