Pros
This is definitely as advertised. Lol all in all. If anything happens from here on out, the vest is pretty good. Best bang for your buck, period.
Sturdy and durable, only con is that it takes a few weeks to get used too. Awesome training tool to add to your training artillery. Much preferred over the bags of metal beads.
The large velcro straps allow for very quick, customizable waist fitting. The strap around the side is easily adjustable like a cinch. Pull tight and vest is snug, does not move around.
The way it pinched my traps limits how long i walk or run. Also, have not tried running outdoors, but works well with running in place and jump roping.
The vest isn't complicated and easy to to don and doff by yourself. These removable weights are easy to pull on or put back in. The bags are easy enough to take out and put in, but still held fairly securely in their places.
Cons
Vest was described to come with iron but came with sand bags for the weighting system. Heed caution, returning item requires you to pay the shipping so make sure you really want this vest.

I dont have much to compare it to because its my first vest but i will say the quality is there
I got the 60lb vest with the iron bags for 90 dollars
As of the writing of this review i have been using the product for a bit over 4 months

They had been using a 25lb vest when going to summer workouts
The profile allows me to use this as a base weight and wear a 3day pack on top of it with water and gear

With all do respect i love the vest but wearing this during this pandemic causes people to judge example i was outside at the park in houston i had someone probably white call police saying i look suspicious a black man wearing this running normal like jogging shirt on compression leggings on headphones on and phone on him

Please be very mindful that you let everyone knows if you running outside its a weight vest so they wont get paranoid

The police were cool and just wanted to look at it going forward i dont want to deal with people calling police just because this weight vest

Everywhere else is fine but it pulls right at the shoulders and i’ve been trying to figure out how the weight could be better distributed
