My original 1090 mhz radio died possibly due to heat since i had it running for a very long time on a desk in tight confines so not the fault of the radio but anyway i was able to reprogram the other 978 mhz radio to 1090 mhz and purchased this one to replace the radio that died

With this new radio the power usage is low enough the raspberry pi can supply enough current to the radios and the screen without needing the extra cable so this was winwin

The adsb module in my yearsold stratux finally failed
