It came rolled for shipping but sellers left it loose enough that the rubber did not crease

No the issue with my gigantic mousepad is that theres a gigantic horizontal crease midway through that makes it look like it was folded in half and snags on my mouse

The product came rolled up so there were not any creases in the pad when it was laid out flat

But what i received was a mouse pad that was the wrong dimensions and in fact did not match any of the dimensions shown for their products
