Doesnt fit like expected at all even ordered smaller then my bra size and still seemed big

This bra definitely did what it claims but of no fault of its own the effect wasnt as dramatic as id hoped

The adhesive is covered with a thin plastic sheet to protect it from getting dirty which you should save for when youre not wearing it

On the inside of the cup there is a circle without adhesive that is supposed to be where your nipples go

Unless you have pretty small nipples this is going to cover part of your areola
