It's quite hard to fasten the straps as tight as they can go. The holes are bigger than i expected so the * didn't sit quite right. Straps are very itchy and one of the strap adjustment clips broke the first time.

The strap wears like a g string and since it is adjustable for people of many sizes set your fitment then cut off the excess

It’s very light and it gives you a kind of naked feeling since there’s no large soft band that goes around your waist like other harnesses
