Pros
These go on my 2 olympic bar and curl bar very easily and clamp tightly. They lock in place really well and hold a lot of weight on a slippery dumbbell. This holds weights on an olympic bar much better than steel clips.
Cons
The gap is only 1-inch in diameter. Absolutely useless. Either the clips fit because they're the right size, or they do not. Beware and avoid.
