Just make sure you align the piece properly in the mouth before biting in for moulding i had to reset it once because i put it in wrong rhe first time

I had issue withy first unit but then i received the second unit very quickly

The only downside is the numbering on the side to show the advancement position does not have 1 unit increments shown but you can still see when both sides are set at the same position by comparing the back of the device or reading the position indicated between the 5 unit markings

Ive used this mouthgaurd for 1 night and as you can see from the screenshot the snoring recording app shows that ive almost eliminated epic level snoring
