The straps are the old style buckle design where you have to feed the strap back through the buckle against itself. The front receiving locking clip isn't adjustable at all.

The top of the tray table is easy to wipe, but the underside is not a smooth surface. The tray is difficult to remove and fussy to clean, and suction mats don't stick to it. After fighting to put it together for an hour the finished product wobbles.
