Super soft and supports her head from bobbing and falling forward. Material is soft and isn't itchy after long periods. Installing is pretty basic and the comfort is pretty good it’s soft.
Manageable for a toddler. Makes it super adjustable for each kid.

Used once for 10 min and it is already torn apart where strap is attached to fabric. The velcro isn't strong enough to support a child's head. Also the strap is velcro, so i can’t exactly reach back at a red light to lower it when my son falls asleep.... Read More
It wraps around the head and it would destroy her hairdo! Kinda useless. This is a disgusting product.

We got this for my sister and nieces and it really does keep their head up and we were worried about it coming down and covering the face but not at all it’s comfortable and extremely soft and not hard to use at all

I wish the material was lighter as it can make the childs forehead sweat and the inside material for the forehead should be softer like the outside

They often fall asleep as soon as they get into the car and their head is usually hanging causing them some neck discomfort when they wake up

It helps keep their head in place but i do wish it had some sort of extra support to keep it in place sometimes the straps move up or down and i have to pull over to adjust because well their head starts to hang again once the head support moves up it doesnt happen constantly but itd be great if had just a bit more straps maybe to keep in place on their car seat
