Pros
Holds alot. We like how it folds down and you barely see it!
Retractable clothes rack sits flat against the wall to the side of the washer and when the clothes dryer is finished, you just pull it up into place. Needed something compact for hanging clothes. No more hanging clothes on the shower curtain.
Laundry room shares space with our pantry. Our laundry is in a small closet off the central hallway. I have an 1100 sq ft house so space is at a premium.
Cons
This hanger wabbles and comes off the wall very easily. The placement of screw holes makes it impossible to tighten the top screw. Even once snug, the base against wall isn’t wide enough and so it still wants to wobble.

These racks would work great to put 2 racks in a space and add a rod of any length between them

Before getting this handy rack i was hanging the hangers on the laundry room door handle which meant some longer clothes would brush the floor there was only limited space on the handle and it was across the room so not convenient
