Pros & Cons
Pros
It’s a masterpiece in my opinion! I'm post framing, and it's absolutely necessary. I volunteer with habitat and there are now 15 of us who use these hammers on site.
There is no waffle head which is fine with me. When you're driving 5 inch ring shank nails in for 12 hour days, the difference between 14 and 24 ounces is huge. The one hand nail slot and magnet is a bonus.
Cons
Too expensive and does not meet any framers needs. New one has a thicker handle, presumably for strength, and the little nail holder magnet fell out within a week.

My biggest concern with the hammer is breaking the handle
Price
Exactly what i wanted for a reasonable price
My grandson introduced me to it and told me i must try it out for myself then he told me what it cost him
Shipping
Hammer is awesome and shipping was fast
Competitiveness
Now i own a stiletto 14oz titanium hickory handled framer and it still amazes me everyday i lift it out the bag
1st option i bought a douglas 20oz framer which was a massive disapointment
It drives nails every bit as good as a 24oz steel hammer
My fingers arent fighting my palm for a grip like with my estwing

The new one has a thicker handle presumably for strength and the little nail holder magnet fell out within a week which is annoying given the price tag

I suffered from tennis elbow and swinging a regular 16 or 24oz hammer left my hand and wrist numb and my elbow and shoulder in severe pain

The first being the wood handle and the second being the titanium head

I decided on the stiletto because not only did it have the wood handle but it was a lightweight hammer that swings like a much heavier hammer thanks to the titanium head
