Pros

It's cheaper than re-buying and usually the re-soled lasts much much longer. You can make them last if you love the shoe, they also polish really nice.

My only tiff with these is that the inside is lined with suede which can be really annoying when you're trying to put them on. They cause your pants to ride up a bit. They're versitile and quite comfy as well.

Cons

These boots fit oddly on me. They are completely shapeless, and i look like a pirate or like i'm wearing gumboots. These are 100% fake.

These boots are significantly over priced and are not durable. Buyer beware, its not worth it. I wonder if amazon verified that this is actually a steve madden product from the seller.

The color is completely off. It is not the cognac that i loved. There were also several spots of discoloration on the boots as well as scuffs.
