Pros
The fit is as expected, the color is very similar to that shown in picture (maybe slightly darker) both outer and inside (sweat) bands are true leather. I wear a 71/4 hat size which fit me perfectly.
I have the dune hat which is aso from the gun club collection. Love my catera gun club hat. Stetson drifter are my favorite hats to wear!
The quality of this hat is exceptional! Received regular compliments on it. The replacement hat does just that as it looks great.

Outland usa on the other hand surpassed my expectations regarding prompt delivery secure packaging and highly responsive customer service
I am sure the older hat has more beaver felt than the catera judging by the stiffness of the catera

I thought the sides would be straight but there is a slight up slope that looks good

I used nick wax spray to coat the hat for waterproofing which is supposed to work really well but not had a chance to try it out in the rain

The box it came in and the hat itself is clearly marked 718 so back it goes

The amazon picture makes the hat look lighter than it is i almost didnt order it for that reason
