The sink is great but the parts bag isnt taped to the sink i suppose just thrown into the bottom of the shipping carton

With the box being so big and bulky not heavy just clumsy to handle handlers along the way evidently grip the box by sticking their fingers between the box bottom and the flap which tears the tape and allows whatever is inside to slide out
